Who sweeps your street. Where the water comes from. Which crossing has no signal and why that matters. What a ward is, and who yours is.
A child who can map their own neighbourhood and name the people who keep it running has a different relationship with the city than one who can't. Observation first, then one small thing done about it.
What's inside
- Map-your-street and community-helper interview pages
- How a city works, in plain language
- One small project, with a page to record what happened
