These terms apply when you browse mittimor.com or buy from us. Mitti & Mor is a brand of Adhyant Consultancy Services, Innov8 Mantri Commercio, Devarabisanahalli, Outer Ring Road, Bengaluru 560103, Karnataka, India (GST 29CAEPR1109M1ZF). "We", "us" and "our" mean Mitti & Mor. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, our Shipping Policy and our Refund Policy.

1. Who can buy

Our books are made for children, but orders must be placed by an adult (18 or over) or with an adult's permission. You agree that the details you give us, including your name, address, phone number and email, are accurate and yours to give.

2. What we sell

  • Printed books, workbooks, journals and kits. Printed in small runs and shipped from Bengaluru.
  • Digital downloads (PDF). Sent to the email address on your order after payment.
  • Letter from Ann. A monthly envelope for a fixed term of three or six months, described on its own page.
  • Special Kids packs. Worksheet packs made to order for one child. We send a quote and a sample sheet before you pay.
  • Books marked "Coming soon". These are listed before they are printed. They cannot be bought, and joining a waitlist does not commit you to anything.

We describe and photograph every product as accurately as we can. Colours on screen and printed colours can differ slightly.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. Shipping is added at checkout as set out in our Shipping Policy. All orders are prepaid through our payment gateway (UPI, cards, net banking and wallets). We do not offer cash on delivery. If a price is shown wrongly because of an error, we will tell you before dispatch and you can choose to cancel for a full refund.

4. Orders

Your order is confirmed when payment succeeds and you receive our confirmation email. We may cancel an order and refund it in full if an item is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if the delivery address cannot be served.

5. Delivery

Dispatch times, delivery estimates and charges are in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates from our courier partners, not guarantees.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns, refunds and replacements for damaged or wrong items are covered by our Refund Policy.

7. Digital downloads

When you buy a PDF, you get a personal licence to print it for use in your own home, or in your own classroom if you are a teacher. You may print as many copies as you need for that use. You may not resell it, share the file, upload it to another website or group, or pass it off as your own work.

8. Letter from Ann

Letter from Ann runs for the term you choose, three or six months, and stops by itself at the end. Envelopes are posted by the 10th of each month. Charges, postage timing and cancellation are explained on the Letter from Ann page at the time you join.

9. Mentor support with the Sentence Builder Bundle

The Smart Sentence Builder Bundle includes six months of support from the date your order is delivered: an onboarding call, tutorial videos on request, feedback on completed sheets shared on WhatsApp, and one-to-one sessions booked with our educator. Support is for the child the bundle was bought for and is not transferable.

10. Photos and work you share with us

If you send us photos of your child's work for feedback, we use them only to give that feedback. We will only share a child's name or work publicly, for example in a completion shout-out, if you have told us that is fine.

11. Our content

All text, illustrations, worksheets, designs, photos and the Mitti & Mor name and logo belong to us or the people who licensed them to us. Free printables on this site may be printed for personal and classroom use. Please do not copy, sell or republish our content without written permission.

12. Fair use of the site

Please do not use this site for anything unlawful, try to break or overload it, scrape it, or impersonate anyone. We may refuse service to anyone who does.

13. Our liability

Our products are learning materials. They are meant to be used with an adult nearby, and some kits include small parts that are not suitable for children under three. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

14. Relationship with Shopify

Mitti & Mor is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide this store to you. Any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with Mitti & Mor. By using this store, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Mitti & Mor, including any injury, damage or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Mitti & Mor.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

16. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page on the date you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
